Hey, I'm Cass
I inspire women to simplify their lives and say no thank you to the things that no longer serve them.
I don’t have all the answers, but I want to help.
After personally struggling for years to find my purpose, figure out my passion, and try to balance this amazing thing called life, I think I may have figured it out. I walked away from my full time nursing career of eight years and started diving into mindfulness and intentional living due to severe burn out. I feel more fulfilled now than ever.
What sets me apart from others?
I will be doing it right here with you.
I live in a house built in 1865 that my husband and I are currently (still) renovating. We’ve practically lived in a rotating construction zone since 2020.
At the moment, I am staying at home with our four year old daughter. We adopted her a year ago and she has changed our lives in a multitude of ways.
I shop at thrift stores, love accepting hand-me-downs, and try to live sustainably.
I have found contentment in the life I live. I have bigger goals for my future self, but I’m enjoying my present life in the moment while I work toward them.
What I have is enough. What you have is enough. Now let’s say no thank you to the rest and live our lives with intention.
Take the first step towards living a more intentional life!
